Returns Policy

To begin a return or any further questions please email info@karaiyoga.com 

As our team are working remotely, we are not able to take phone calls but will respond as quickly as possible. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

We are happy to offer free returns for domestic orders within the UK for all items in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all the original tags attached, in it’s original packaging, in perfect condition and with proof of purchase.

Karai Yoga is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds are only offered to the original payment method.

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.

All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
Sale items, clearance items, sample items or any other discounted stock.

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Once you have requested a return, if you do not ship your return within the return period, your order may be eligible for store credit only.

We are so sorry, but exchanges are not part of our returns policy. Ultimately, we are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible. If you are in need of a different size, colour, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new separate order for the item/items you do want once the return is accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do apologise, but if you choose to return items, Karai Yoga is not responsible for refunding VAT and duties. You may be able to contact the shipping provider to receive a refund of these duties 

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Karai Yoga, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
